Theophany Eystathioy has had a diverse career as a scientist, author, educator, and speaker while raising two wonderful kids. She has a PhD (Cellular and Molecular Biology), served as an adjunct professor at the University of Calgary, and worked in the field of intellectual property. As a guest speaker, she enjoys sharing the world of science and the art of writing with students. When she is not teaching, writing, or dreaming up stories, she enjoys reading, art, a great cup of coffee, and spending time with her husband and two children. Dr. Eystathioy lives in Calgary, Canada.
